  • Open Space Yoga 3106 Monsarrat Ave Honolulu, HI 96815 USA (map)

Part 1 of 2

Stress is a part of life. We cannot eliminate it, but we can mitigate it.

Are you aware of how stress adversely affects your brain? Or, how it can change the physical structure of your body?

This series is broken up into two parts: brain and body.

Part one will address the brain and how it functions under stress. We will address how to become aware of stress and offer ways to help you manage it.

Click here for information about part 2 of this series.

You will leave with a greater understanding and compassion for the basic design of your brain and body and how they function, and take away simple practices that universally address common stress patterns, so that you can mitigate and reverse their effects on a daily basis.

Price: $45

Jennifer Reuter is an event host, yoga and meditation teacher and the mastermind behind Yoga Unplugged. After practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for over a decade, she began to recognize the power of collaboration. Her vision is to create a platform that brings teachers and healers together from all over the world. Hosting events together enables them to offer a wider variety of philosophies, teaching styles and healing modalities than if they were to host alone.Although all Yoga Unplugged events are currently hosted by Jennifer and one of our many collaborators, her dream is for Yoga Unplugged to one day be a brand that does not belong to one person, but to many people spread across the world with the same core purpose.
